MIT Recreational Sports offers two options for registering or renewing their membership or temporary pass. 

Walk-in Registration Procedures (For new and renewal members)

1. Complete the appropriate registration form and sign the waiver

2. Visit the Member Services main desk in the lobby of either the Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center or the Alumni Pool and Wang Fitness
3. Submit your completed registration form along with your MIT ID or a government issued photo ID to the Member Services associate.  If renewing a locker please notify the associate at that time.  If you’re a new member you must enter the locker waitlist and will be notified when your locker is available
4. Make full payment or sign up for the monthly credit card payment plan (6 month and annual memberships only).  A 20% down payment of the total membership cost is required for the payment plan. 

*We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  

Online Registration Procedures: (For renewal members only, payment plan not available)

1. Visit our web registration site
2.  Sign in to your account using your Login ID and PIN.  If you don’t know or forget your login information enter your email address.  You will receive an email with your Login ID and PIN. 
   *If you have multiple email addresses please try them all prior to requesting a new account.
3. Once you have your Login ID and PIN go to the My Account page and click on the History button
4. Click the Renew button, check-out and pay to complete your membership renewal
