Group Session with Personal Trainer; $20/person, minimum of 3. Not sure where to begin your workout? This option gives you the opportunity to meet with a certified personal trainer for one hour in the fitness center. You will be given either a beginner or intermediate workout. Participants will then go through this workout under supervision of the personal trainer. The trainer remains with you for any questions that you may have during your session. This session format must be conducted at pre-determined dates/times. For more information contact PersonalTraining@mit.edu. PE Points Are you an MIT Undergrad? Earn your PE Points by through personal training. A personal trainer can help you achieve your goals – physically and academically! 440 minutes of personal training earns 2 points toward your PE requirement. Our trainers' bios are available for your review. Read through them and find the best fit for you. Teen Personal Training: 3 pkg of 45 min sessions, $120 Location: Zesiger or Wang Fitness Center
Personal Training designed for teens ages 13-17. Learn fitness center etiquette, proper excercise techniques and safety, and receive a personalized workout plan to reach fitness goals. Sessions must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Upon completion of the 3 sessions, the teen may use the 3rd floor of the Zesiger Center or the Wang Fitness Center during youth access hours when accompanied by a parent of guardian.
All sessions must be redeemed within one year of purchase.
