MIT’s Largest Kickboxing Class
Join us for MIT’s first ever outdoor kickboxing class! Punch, kick and jab your way into shape. This class is a guaranteed fun and challenging workout. Don’t miss out on this great event. No experience necessary, all are welcome!

The Nutrition Series
Join us for one or all of our nutrition lectures. Taught
by a certified nutrition specialist, Kim Reubenheimer
will lead interactive, fun and educational lectures on
important nutrition topics.

Nutrition 101
Are you confused about what is healthy for your nutritional
needs? Clear up the confusion with healthy eating. Learn the
basics of nutrition; how to read food labels, how to fuel your
mind and your body for your studies and your workouts; and
learn how to manage your weight in a healthy way.

Nutrition and its Impact on the Brain
Did you know that serious deficiencies in B-12 and iron can lead
to impaired cognitive function? And that fruits and vegetables
high in antioxidants play a role in brain function? Learn more
about how what you eat affects your cognitive performance as
well as your physical performance.

Nutrition for Fitness
Are you confused about how much, when and what to eat before
and after your works-outs to maximize your performance? Do
you know what to eat for endurance versus strength training
