Learning Squash: the Fundamentals (Zesiger Center, 3rd floor squash courts)
What can you really expect of a game that shares its name with a salad ingredient? One of the best possible workouts in the least time, exercise you can do year-round, a social outlet and a terrific de-stressor.  By the end of our hands-on program of games, handouts, and exercises, you will be technical, strategic, and fit.  Squash is a game that people get addicted to and end up playing their entire lives.  See you on the courts! Participants must provide their own racquet. Members $75; Non Members, $112.

Intermediate Squash (Zesiger Center, 3rd floor squash courts)

Participants learn with a group of the appropriate skill level. Intermediate and advanced players study strategy, fitness and participate in advanced drilling. Match play will be incorporated at the end of each 1 hour session. Participants must supply their own racquet. Members $75; Non Members $112.
