Welcome to our Back to Basics series, reviewing the basics of different exercises. All skill levels are welcome, whether you want to learn something new or just get a “form check”. This week we will be focusing on the Barbell squat.

Please attend our Friday session for womxn and non-binary individuals. This session is available to all non-male identifying persons only.

Our womxn and non-binary clinics offer an exciting and exclusive opportunity for women and gender non-conforming persons to learn, practice, and perform strength-based movements in a niche environment. Any non-male persons are encouraged to participate.
