Rowing for Fitness

This class will utilize the new Technogym Skill Row rowing machines to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and power. You will be coached and educated by a skilled rowing instructor to learn how to effectively and safely row and imporove upon your technique as well as maximize your workout by adding in some strength training circuits on and off of the Technogym Skill Row. This class is great for beginner and intermediate rowers looking for a fun way to improve all aspects of their fitness and use this new rowing technology!
