Small Group Training
Small Group Training is a total-body training program, combining the specificity of personal training and the energy of a group class into one effective workout regimen. The program will begin with a comprehensive fitness assessment ($95 value), including an InBody composition analysis ($25 value) in order to set realistic goals and develop a training routine that will be most appropriate for each participant. Over the course of the course participants will be pushed through a series of total body workouts two days per week. Workouts will consist of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and functional movements, all provided under the expert guidance of a certified personal trainer.
