Scott Groth

Scott Groth is originally from Franklin, MA and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, with an additional certification in plant-based nutrition through T Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies at Cornell University. Scott works full-time as a professional electrical engineer for the MIT Department of Facilities. He played a wide variety of sports including baseball, basketball, football, volleyball and tennis. Scott has lifted weights since he was thirteen years. He is also a member of New Hampshire’s AMC 4000 footers club. Scott has completed multiple marathons, half-marathons, rides, relays, and triathlons. He wants to help people achieve their goals to live a healthier life, control their weight, be stronger, and perform better.

Away from the gym, Scott enjoys hiking and walking with his wife and dog.
