Christina Mesbah

Christina has a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals whether that is weight loss or feeling strong by increasing lean muscle mass. She is excited to help develop a foundation for clients in health and fitness, leading to her desire to become a personal trainer and has been NASM certified since 2020.  She strongly believes that people should develop a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Chirstina works full-time as an outpatient dietitian at Mass General Hospital working with a plethora of patients in the clinical field. With her nutrition background, she is also educated in how to properly fuel your body pre, during, and post exercise. She was an undergraduate from University of Delaware and pursued her master and did her dietetic internship program at the Friedman School of Nutrition and Policy at Tufts University, which lead to her ending up in the Boston area.

During her free time, she is an avid runner who trains for half marathons and plan on running 2 marathons this upcoming year. She also has an athletic background, playing varsity soccer in high school, and continuing to play on a co-ed soccer team during the year. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with engaging in outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding.

 

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, American Red Cross First Aid/CPR /AED Certified, Registered Dietitian (MS, RD, LDN, CNSC)
