Adult Personal Training
Are you interested in meeting and exceeding your fitness goals while living a healthier lifestyle? Or maybe you just want to learn more about technique and training methods. Accomplish all of this and more with one of our nationally certified personal trainers. We cater to beginners and seasoned athletes. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will motivate you, and work with you to achieve positive results and avoid injuries. (Buddy and group pricing is per person.)  Register at either the Zesiger or Alumni/Wang main desk.

PE Points
Are you an MIT Undergrad?  Earn your PE Points through personal training. (See the MIT PE website for more detailed instructions)

Group Session with Personal Trainer: minimum of 3.
Not sure where to begin your workout? This option gives you the opportunity to meet with a certified personal trainer for one hour in the fitness center. You will be given either a beginner or intermediate workout. Participants will then go through this workout under supervision of the personal trainer. The trainer remains with you for any questions that you may have during your session. This session format must be conducted at pre-determined dates/times.

Teen Personal Training: 3 pkg of 45 min sessions, Members: $125; Non-Members: $149

Location: Zesiger or Wang Fitness Center

Personal Training designed for teens ages 13-17. Learn fitness center etiquette, proper exercise techniques and safety, and receive a personalized workout plan to reach fitness goals. Sessions must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Upon completion of the 3 sessions, the teen may use the 3rd floor of the Zesiger Center or the Wang Fitness Center during youth restricted hours when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
