The Thomas P. Gerrity Health Fitness Center is the main fitness complex containing several forms of fitness equipment. It is located on both the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Zesiger Center.
The Muckley MAC Court is the main area for recreation in the Zesiger Center including activities such as indoor basketball, volleyball, soccer, inline skating and floor hockey, as well as some of the group exercise programs.
The Folger, Steinman and Jules squash courts are housed on the third floor of the Zesiger Center. This area has six international sized squash courts with spectator seating. Court 6 is open for drop in recreation as a challenge court.
The Zesiger Sport and Fitness Center and Alumni Wang Fitness Center houses an array of state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular equipment designed to give beginners and experienced exercisers alike effective workouts in a safe, welcoming and hospitable environment.
Zesiger Sport and Fitness Center (Building W35)
The Zesiger Center offers two fitness floors with variety of exercise equipment including cardiovascular machines (treadmills, elliptical machines, and more), two full Selectorized strength training machine circuits, a full selection of free-weights, benches & cable machines, Olympic lifting platforms, and more. As an added benefit, while you exercise, you can enjoy commercial free satellite radio or watch your favorite TV show.
Alumni Wang Fitness Center (Building 57)
The Wang Fitness Center offers a variety of exercise equipment including cardiovascular machines (treadmills, elliptical machines and more), a full Selectorized strength training machine circuit and a selection of free weights, benches and cable machines. The Alumni Wang Fitness Center is also the hub of the Group Exercise Program, hosting 19 group classes per week, Monday thru Friday, of various fitness formats such as yoga, Pilates, cardiovascular, strength training and core-strength based classes.
Orientations and Assessments
Not sure where to begin? Schedule an orientation or assessment to meet with a certified personal trainer. The sessions provide the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the fitness center equipment, policies, and procedures of the Fitness Centers.
