Data to Help You Reach Your Fitness Goals

Fitness Assessments at MIT Recreation provide the groundwork for reaching targeted goals through an understanding of your current cardiovascular health, body composition, flexibility, endurance, and strength capacity. Our fitness experts review these data sets with you, to help you discover new and efficient ways to achieve personal success whether you are a beginner, a life-long athlete, or somewhere in-between. Each assessment is comprised of two separate sessions – a physical test and a consultation. Not sure which Assessment is right for you? Email fitness@mit.edu.
