Teen Personal Training

Personal Training designed for teens ages 13-17. Learn appropriate fitness center etiquette, proper exercise techniques and safety, and receive a personalized workout plan to reach your fitness goals. All sessions must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Upon completion of the 3 sessions, the teen may use the 3rd floor of the Zesiger Fitness Center or the Wang Fitness Center during youth restricted hours when accompanied by a parent/guardian.
