Youth Private Instruction

We are currently unable to provide any new private swim lessons on

Saturdays AND Sundays mornings from 10:00am-12:00pm

due to a lack of pool space.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Registration for private lessons are done in person at either the Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center or the Alumni Wang Fitness Center.

After registering, an aquatics staff member will contact you by phone or e-mail to obtain your availability and goals. After this information has been obtained, the staff will begin the process of matching you to an instructor. This process can take up to one week. The length of all youth lessons is 30 minutes. All lessons must be redeemed within one year of purchase.

NOTE: Member rates apply for those that have a current family membership.

Youth Private Swim Lessons (1 participant)

Learn to swim or improve your child's stroke without trying to fit a class into your day. Private lessons work with you and your child's schedule.

Youth Buddy Swim Lessons (2 participants)

Sign-up for lessons with your child's friend with similar skills and goals. Buddy Lessons offer the flexibility of Private Lessons, but allow you to work with your child's friend. Prices are per person.

Youth Semi-Private Swim Lessons (3 - 6 participants)

Find 2 or more of your child's friends with the same swimming goals and skill level and create your own private class! Each participant must purchase a package of lessons. Prices are per person.  For children ages 3-5 years old there is a maximum of 4 participants allowed.

Swim Diaper Policy
Children not toilet trained must wear vinyl/rubber pants with tight fitting elastic openings over a traditional diaper or swim diaper. The vinyl/rubber pants are available for sale at the Zesiger Center Proshop.
