Functional Mobility is a one-off group exercise class designed to improve how your body moves in everyday life. This session will focus primarily on the hips, spine, and shoulders using dynamic movements and mobility-based exercises. Rather than static stretching, we will be “stretchercizing”, flowing motions to help open up the joints, improve range of motion, and “grease the gears” for smoother, more comfortable movement. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great complement to strength or cardio training.
