Indoor Cycling is an incredible workout that involves a blend of cardiovascular and resistance training through a variety of drills and techniques. In this one-hour session, riders will learn about everything from bike setup and riding position to increasing their power output while biking and much more! The session will also showcase Intelligent Cycling software where riders will have the option to participate in an interactive ride that involves fun visual elements and live statistical tracking. Class takes place on Schwinn Z stationary bikes, and this ride will simulate flat roads, hills, and everything in between. Be prepared to learn and sweat! Please come dressed in comfortable athletic clothing (e.g. sneakers, shorts, sweatpants, yoga pants) and bring a water bottle!
Class is located in the Alumni Wang Fitness Center (MIT building 57) in the Cycling Studio on the second floor.
