Fen Tung
Weight loss, nutrition, core and balance training are Fen Tung’s bread and butter. Originally from Wyoming, Fen graduated from MIT in 2000 with her BS in Biology. Her resume includes experience in Personal Training, Group Exercise, Senior Fitness Instruction, BOSU Integrated Balance and Reactive Strength Training and basic running training. She became involved in fitness in order to help people prevent health problems and injuries, and because she loves physical activity. In her spare time, Fen likes to cook, lift weights, watch cooking shows and action movies, and go running around the Charles River.
