Join us for a moment to pause, breathe and reset. Our meditation program is designed to bring the benefits of mindfulness into your day—right from your chair.
What to Expect
- Beginner Friendly: Sessions include instruction, Q&A and short meditation periods, perfect for newcomers
- Accessible Practice: Secular meditation, no special setup, music or lighting needed. Just bring yourself.
- Flexible Sessions: 30-minute classes offered both in-person and virtually.
- Expert Guidance: Each session includes instruction and perspective to support your practice.
