In this class we will review all four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle and work on skills for each.
Join getfit in making our presence known at this year's Spring Classic 5k. People can fill out their registration here. Start and finish in beautiful downtown Cambridge, Massachusetts. Take a springtime stroll or sprint down Mass Ave. The course is fast and flat so you can get back to the post-race party sooner! Registration Fees:

Join the pickleball craze with MIT Recreation! Learn directly from a certified Pickleball and Tennis instructor so you can feel comfortable playing with peers. No experience necessary. This clinic is an introduction to the basic stroke mechanics and rules of the game. Some equipment provided, but personal rackets are recommended.

Indoor Cycling is an incredible workout that involves a blend of cardiovascular and resistance training through a variety of drills and techniques. In this one-hour session, riders will learn about everything from bike setup and riding position to increasing their power output while biking and much more! The session will also showcase Intelligent Cycling software
