Adult Level 5: Endurance Swimming

This course is designed to build swimming endurance. With a goal of being able to swim a quarter mile (400 yards) by the end of the class, participants will learn how to use a pace clock and be introduced to interval training. Each class will challenge participants to reach a new swimming goal.

Prerequisite: Completion of a Level 4 course or be able to swim 100 yards of continuous freestyle.
