Liz Munroe

Liz has over 10 years of experience helping clients build strength, move with confidence, and achieve lasting results through thoughtful, individualized training.

Fitness has always been a central part of Liz’s life — from mountain climbing and competitive sports at a young age to strength training and running today. That lifelong passion, combined with a clinical background, allows her to take a highly informed and detail-oriented approach to coaching.

Liz specializes in strength training, body composition, corrective exercise, and training for longevity. Having worked with a wide range of clients and goals, she designs programs that are both effective and sustainable, with an emphasis on proper movement, injury prevention, and long-term performance.

In addition to certifications in corrective exercise, kettlebell training, and TRX training, Liz is also a certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with experience in the rehabilitation setting. This unique combination of fitness and rehabilitation gives her a deep understanding of movement mechanics, exercise progression, and how to help clients train safely without compromising results.
