Peter Stroud
Peter brings a lifelong love of science into his training philosophy. Starting his career with a Computer Engineering degree from Tufts University, Peter worked as an engineer for years before taking a few years to explore teaching and private tutoring. Intending on improving his own mental health, Peter started weightlifting, and, to maximize his efficiency, dived deep into the research of exercise science. Somewhere along the way, he found this grew into a passion for understanding and applying the biomechanical science behind strength and flexibility training in an analytical and thoughtful way. Peter went on to earn his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and now loves helping people achieve their individualized fitness goals safely and efficiently, while keeping exercise fun enough to foster consistency.
In his spare time, Peter loves video games, music, animals, and exploring the beauty of nature.
