Rachel Loh
Rachel is a NASM certified personal trainer and former 7x All-American diver on the MIT Swim and Dive National Team, dedicated to helping clients build strength and confidence.
She uses science-based programming to bridge the gap between beginner lifting and high-level athletic performance.
Whether your goal is body recomposition and lean muscle definition, targeted lower-body development, or increasing explosive power and agility, Rachel provides the expert guidance to help you transform your physique and feel good in your own skin.
In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, walking by the Charles, and singing.
