To schedule a nutrition evaluation and/or training session(s) at MIT, please follow these steps:

1. Create a Guest Account or Login at HERE.
2. Under Account Information, select Buy Series Sales.
3. Under Service Category, select Nutrition.
4. Under Service, select Nutrition and Submit.
5. Select the appropriate service and Add to Cart.
6. Enter Payment Information and Submit.
