Group Exercise

 

The MIT Group Exercise Program provides students, staff, faculty, and long-term guests the opportunity to participate in a variety of fitness classes that foster healthy relationships and fitness education. Over 40 Group Exercise classes in many formats are offered weekly at both the Wang and Zesiger Fitness Centers.

Group Exercise Class Procedures

Group exercise is a great way to introduce variety to your workouts. You’ll also increase strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Most importantly group exercise lets you enjoy working out!

Mon - Fri: 6:00 am - 11:00 pm
Sat:  7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sun:  9:00 am - 11:00 pm

Alumni/Wang Center
Mon - Fri: 11:45 am - 9:00 pm
Sat/Sun: CLOSED
