Wellbeing Wednesdays 2025-2026

Self-care maxx this academic year with MIT Recreation! Each Wednesday, we will be posted up in the Wellbeing Lab hosting a wellness event for students. Hit pause on your psets for a quick stretch with a yoga instructor. Press play during lunch to challenge a friend to giant jenga. Learn about the importance of incorporating protein in your breakfast with a Registered Dietitian. Relieve physical tension in your upper back with our licensed chair massage therapist.
